Crewzz and Founder Oren Dagan: Revolutionizing the Home Design Landscape

Oren Dagan founded Crewzz with the mission of creating a movement. His platform, which allows clients to imagine, create, and design the room or homes of their dreams, is revolutionizing and modernizing the home design industry by bringing dreams to life with a click of the mouse.

Dagan is well aware of the exhaustive efforts required by homeowners, buyers, and sellers when trying to reinvent a space, property, or home. That is what makes Crewzz so innovative — it is a one-stop shop for all clients, from inception to completion.

Taking both customer service and experience extremely seriously, Dagan wanted to create a safe and easy-to-use space for clients to bring their hopes and dreams to realization. His drive for optimal customer satisfaction stems from noticing disturbing trends in the construction industry that included unhappy customers and unapproved renovations and extensions.

“I believe it’s because we provide something else, a different view, a different solution, that we are so successful,” Dagan said. “Customer service and quality first. We do what the customer wants and needs — not just what they want. We want to make sure what they get is what is right for them.”

The customer-first mentality is what prompted him to launch SOD Home Group in 2008, which saw exponential growth that year despite a recession.

Leapfrogging the Competition

Sure there are other home design platforms out there, but the Crewzz platform essentially hands the client the steering wheel, while never leaving them to figure it out on their own.

The groundbreaking and comprehensive design platform is completely interactive. The technology gives homeowners, buyers, and sellers the comfort to predict, adjust, and approve all aspects of their home-design journeys, resulting in a product they can be proud of.

“The goal at Crewzz is to provide homeowners with a roadmap to the design-building process. The design phase is the foundation of the Crewzz process. We take the clients’ needs and provide a solution. Anything they have in mind, we want to take the stress away and provide them that. Our No. 1 goal is that the client is stress free and has certainty and peace of mind,” Dagan mused. “Crewzz is a movement. We want to create a community to welcome homeowners to achieve their dream homes. For me, it’s all about the client experience. If you dream it, and I can help clients turn their dreams into a home, then I did my part.”

The interface allows clients to avoid dancing through hoops with traditional and time-consuming requirements of the home design process, like hiring, funding and outsourcing. Instead, Crewzz provides them with superior customer service, expert guidance and the availability of tips and suggestions from project designers, contractors, and engineers.

Additionally, the Crewzz platform stands on three pillars, or packages, for the customer experience. The first allows customers to design their own projects by themselves as part of the ‘Inspire’ DIY pack. The second, or ‘Vision’ pack, is designer-led and offers clients the ability to co-design their projects. The ‘Dream’ pack is the final offering and pairs the client with a support team for more involved home project needs. However, whatever pack is selected, Crewzz still offers all clients with 14 unique and dedicated services, including IT support, expert advice, logistical tips, design and construction specifications, and purchasing assistance.

“The first thing we do is set clients up with one of our design experts. We want to know them better, what their tastes and preferences are. Next, we upload their floor plans to our online platform so that our innovative software can bring their dreams to life. Everything in the software is an actual product that can be selected, replaced, and purchased. Anything seen in the design can be purchased. It’s a one-stop shop.”

Oren Dagan, CEO of Crewzz, has been in the home design world for over 15 years. He has designed and built hundreds of homes since the start of his career in 2003. Dagan is passionate about putting clients first. For more information, please visit: https://www.crewzz.com/
