How to Combine Social Media with Email Marketing

Email marketing can be an effective tool in reaching your customers. What most people don’t understand is the difference between social media marketing and email marketing. They are quite different and both rely on a different method of reaching people. 
 
Social media marketing can be thought of as a conversation with your customers. People post on your page and you reply; the conversation can go on continuously. On the other hand, email marketing is more of a one-sided conversation. 
 
One simple way to integrate the two is to have your social media links in the emails that you send out. Many email templates now have the option of including social media buttons in your email. This way you can promote your social media page while continuing your email marketing efforts.
