Working from home or working remotely has become a hugely popular option for millions of people and it’s expected to only increase in the years ahead.

Many employers have placed a special emphasis on workplace flexibility, understanding that many jobs can be done from anywhere. Small businesses, in particularly, are more likely to allow employees to work from home, at least some of the time.

The “Home Office Revolution,” if you will, could also be a big money saver. Statistics suggest if employees worked remotely just half the time, national savings would total $700 billion.
