Do You Have Billionaire Texting Customers?

Let me ask you a serious question. How many millionaires do you have on your marketing list? Do you know? Do you have any Billionaires?

If you did, would you communicate with them differently?

Why do I ask?

Because one business we started working with has a customer list chock full of millionaires… and even a few billionaires!

Now this is a crazy story…

We had a new customer sign up, and what they do for a living is very exciting. They are a private plane charter service. Simple enough right.

If you’re needing to get from point A to point B they are your company. On a moment’s notice you call them up and they can fly from LA to New York…

Or from Seattle to Houston.

Or Miami to Vancouver…

Let your imagination run wild.

Where would you go, if you could fly anywhere?

It’s an exciting business, but one that’s incredibly demanding. When you’re flying top of the line airplanes to exotic locations, you’ve got to be on the ball 24/7.

And, as you’d expect, the private jet service isn’t cheap!

It can run thousands or tens of thousands of dollars an hour. Consider this, some charters last just a few hours… but others last days.

Now, you’re not going to find customers on any old street corner. The customer base for this type of service is TINY… but they are very rich… and don’t mind paying!

Remember, the cost of the least expensive service is far out of reach of us mortal travelers… The customers of this charter company are made up of Millionaires, and dare I say some Billionaires too!

One of the biggest challenges to organizing the business is communication.

The very wealthy don’t want to wait on hold, and they don’t like to waste time.

As a result, our customer has found… many millionaires and billionaires prefer to communicate via text message!

Prior to joining Betwext, the charter company would text clients individually.

This created problems… especially if the owner was on a flight and his phone was up in the air!

He said, email wasn’t timely enough (the accounts didn’t get checked frequently) and phone calls were inconvenient.

Apparently, texting is the favorite form of communication for billionaires… and teenagers everywhere!

A mass text messaging system was the perfect solution to his communication problems.

Now, I know you’re itching to ask the next question—what does he text these millionaires and billionaires?

Well, normally, he’s doing group texts to let customers know of availability and routes that are open.

He also texts individually confirming reservations and staffing requirements…

It’s nothing complicated… but this texting system is allowing this business to grow. It’s growing because he’s improved communication with customers. He’s able to better schedule flights, and meet customer demands.

It’s truly Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous for this company!

Is mass text message marketing right for you?

If you’re dealing with a demanding crowd of customers – like millionaires or billionaires – it could be the perfect solution to your communication issues.

Group Texting allows you to market to small segmented groups of individuals and even respond in a one-on-one manner.

If you have demanding clients check out text message marketing. It could be the solution you need.

Remember text message marketing is a powerful, cost effective tool to communicate with your most demanding customers. Give it a try today.
