No one really enjoys working in a cold, harsh space. Comfortable furniture and natural lighting can go a long way. A few reasonable perks now and then never hurt either. A café style break area, free coffee, and special events are a nice touch.

If you have remote team members, they can often feel out of the loop and forgotten about. While they have the obvious perk of working from home, it can be good to help them feel included when possible.
