Dr. G. Richard Shell is the Thomas Gerrity Professor of Legal Studies, Business Ethics, and Management at the Wharton School of Business. He has been Chair of its Department of Legal Studies and most recently led a 2-year, comprehensive review and redesign initiative that resulted in a transformation of the Wharton MBA program and curriculum. Dr. Shell helps students, including top executives sent by their companies, through his popular "Success" class, to understand what the word success means to each of them.
