The first thing that we’re going to look at are giveaways and competitions. There is nothing that people love more than either getting to compete, or getting something for free. Research has suggested that people engage with businesses far more if they think that there is a chance that they can win something, and it’s not surprising at all. You can use the likes of your social media to post about your event, you can post it on your website, on your blog if you have one, and put it anywhere you can. The more people that you can get involved in this, the more people that you can engage with and charm to choose your business not just now, but in the future too.

Using Physical Marketing Materials

Another thing that you are going to need to do is ensure that you are using physical marketing materials. By this, we mean things like stickers, business cards, and little items that people will take at things like a trade show, and then put in their bags. They will then see this later, keeping your business in their mind, even if they have to look you up online to remember what you are about. That little piece of material is then with them where they go, constantly reminding them of your business.

Make sure that you are getting a good price for these materials to ensure that you’re not going over budget. For example, find a sticker printing company that doesn’t charge a fortune!

Finally, if you want to keep your business in the mind of potential clients, give them what they want. Clients love nothing more than being given what they want, what they have asked for, and even what they didn’t know they wanted. Focus on doing research to gain this knowledge, and then get to work on ensuring they get exactly what they want going forward.
