Finally, after the system has been implemented, make sure you review the results through the lens of your goals and values to verify that they’re aligned, and identify adjustments you can make if they’re not. An iterative approach is often required to fine-tune the results of AI systems, especially when they’re first deployed, so you don’t want to skip this step or assume the work you’ve done on the front end will be enough to ensure alignment.
